At Andy Cooks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchenware. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit for your home kitchen, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
